Treating patients in Multan since November 2011
Today our patients rate us 5.0, and we’re open everyday, Morning 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM | Evening 06:00 PM to 10:30 PM, because dental pain doesn’t check the clock and most people can only come after work or college.
Toothache?
Toothache or swelling in Multan? Start here
Dental pain rarely fixes itself. Until you can get to a dentist, these steps are safe:
What you can do right now
When to go to a hospital emergency room
Go to a hospital emergency room, such as Nishtar Hospital on Nishtar Road, if your face or jaw is swelling fast, you have a fever with the toothache, or you find it hard to swallow or breathe.
Tooth knocked out? Pick it up by the crown, never the root. Rinse it gently, put it back in the socket if you can, or keep it in a little milk. Then get to a dentist within the hour.
For severe pain, call us first. We work by appointment so a Best dentist Multan is free for you, and we try to see severe pain cases the same evening.
Painless treatment
Modern anesthesia and a gentle chairside manner, even for root canals and extractions.
Honest, upfront pricing
You’re told the cost before any treatment starts — no surprise charges at the end.
Sterilized instruments
Proper cleaning and infection control practiced at every step of care.
Open everyday
Morning 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM | Evening 06 PM – 10:30 PM, seven days a week — for people who can’t take time off during the day.
About the clinic
About Zulfiqar Dental Clinic Multan
A patient-focused dental clinic in Multan residents visit for preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and general dental treatments in Multan,
every plan starts with understanding your concerns, not a fixed package.
Our approach to dental care
Good dental care in Multan starts with prevention and early diagnosis. Regular exams catch cavities, gum problems, and damaged teeth before they become harder to manage.
Patient-centered treatment
We explain your condition, the available options, the expected steps, and follow-up needs — so you make an informed decision, not a rushed one.
Individual treatment plans
Every plan follows from your specific dental condition rather than a one-size-fits-all approach used across every patient.
Services We Offer
Complete Dental Care Under One Roof in Multan
From a simple filling to a full dental implant, the checkup, X-ray, written treatment plan and treatment all happen here, so you’re never sent running between clinics.
Dental Implants (ڈینٹل امپلانٹ)
An implant is a small titanium post placed in the jawbone to hold a crown where a tooth is missing. We plan implants with X-rays and 3D imaging, and offer single-tooth implants, bridges on implants and full-jaw solutions. From placement to final crown most cases take three to six months. Many implants last 15 to 20 years or longer with good care and none is guaranteed for life. Smoking raises the risk of failure.
Root Canal Treatment (روٹ کینال)
A deep cavity, or pain that lingers after hot or cold food, often means the nerve inside the tooth is infected. A root canal removes the infected tissue and saves the tooth. Most teeth need one to three visits, and a back tooth usually needs a crown afterwards so it doesn’t crack. Before you agree to one anywhere, ask: is the cost written down first, is the crown included, and who will do the procedure?
Braces & Orthodontics
Crooked teeth, gaps, front teeth that stick out, or a bite that doesn’t meet properly can be corrected at any age. We offer metal and ceramic braces with retainers afterwards. Teenage treatment usually starts around age 10 to 14, and adult braces work just as well.
Clear Aligners
An alternative orthodontic approach for suitable patients needing correction of alignment problems.
Teeth Whitening
Chai, coffee and paan stain teeth slowly. In-office whitening lifts those stains in one sitting and is safe for enamel when a Multan dentist does it, unlike bazaar whitening powders. Expect mild sensitivity for a day or two. Book a week ahead of a wedding. It doesn’t work on every kind of discolouration, so we check first.
Scaling & Polishing (دانتوں کی صفائی)
Tartar causes bleeding gums and bad breath, and over time it can cost you teeth. Scaling removes it and polishing leaves the surface smooth.
Tooth-Coloured Fillings
Cavities are filled with tooth-coloured composite matched to your natural shade, with no silver marks. Small cavities are quick, so don’t wait for one to become a root canal.
Crowns & Bridges
A cracked tooth, or a tooth after a root canal, needs a zirconia or PFM crown. One missing tooth can be filled with a fixed bridge. For several missing teeth we make complete dentures and stronger cast partial dentures that stay put when you eat and speak.
Wisdom Tooth Extraction
We try to save a tooth first. When it can’t be saved (severe decay, a broken root, or a wisdom tooth growing sideways), extraction is done under local anaesthetic, including surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth, with clear aftercare instructions.
Dentures
Replace multiple missing teeth and restore basic chewing and speech functions.
Gum Disease Treatment
Bleeding when you brush, swollen gums, loose teeth and constant bad breath can all point to gum disease. It is painless early on, which is why it goes untreated for years.
Pediatric Dentistry
Prevention, healthy development, and early identification of problems for children.
Don’t let fear decide for your teeth — call now and experience painless, fear-free dental care.
Why it matters
What Treatment Gives You Back
Most people don’t delay dental treatment because they don’t care. They’re afraid of the pain, the cost or the chair. That’s fair. Here is what each treatment actually changes in daily life.
The pain stops and you sleep
A root canal ends the throbbing pain that painkillers only pause. Removing an impacted wisdom tooth ends the cycle of swelling, jaw pain and repeat infections.
You eat and speak freely
An implant lets you chew on both sides again. Well-fitted dentures and bridges bring back roti, meat, nuts and corn. A crown on a cracked tooth ends that sharp electric jolt.
You stop hiding your smile
Braces straighten crowded teeth at any age. Whitening lifts years of chai and paan stains. Veneers fix chipped front teeth. Scaling removes the tartar that makes gums bleed
You spend less by going earlier
A small filling today costs a fraction of the root canal and crown the same cavity needs six months later. “I should have come earlier” is one of the most common things dentists hear.
Why choose us
Why Patients Across Multan Choose Us
A named dentist you can check
You can verify any dentist’s registration on the PMDC website. We encourage it.
You approve the cost first
Every treatment plan is written down with the exact fee before work starts. If something changes mid-treatment, we tell you first.
Everyday, by appointment
Open every day Morning 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM | Evening 06:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Come after work, after college, after the shop closes, without a crowded waiting room.
No overtreatment
If a filling or a clean is enough, we won’t suggest a root canal or an implant. We won’t promise 100% results either, because no dentist in Multan can.
Sterilisation you can see
Instruments are sterilised between patients and kept in sealed pouches that we open in front of you. Fresh gloves for every patient.
Everything under one roof
Root canal, implant, braces, denture: diagnosed and treated here. Since November 2011.
How it works
Your Visit, Step by Step
Putting off dental treatment rarely means you don’t care about your teeth. Usually it means you’re worried, about the pain, the bill, or the chair itself. That’s fair, and you’re not alone in feeling it.
Book your appointment
Call or WhatsApp +92 314 7642722. We work strictly by appointment, so your time is respected.
Checkup and a clear plan
We ask about your pain, medicines and conditions like diabetes or blood pressure, examine you and take an X-ray if it helps. Then we explain what’s wrong in plain Urdu or English and give you a written plan with the exact cost. No pressure.
Treatment at a calm pace
Simple treatments like a filling or scaling can often start the same visit. For braces, implants or a root canal, the first visit is examination, X-ray and plan, and treatment starts next visit. Nervous patients are welcome. Tell us and we’ll go slower.
Aftercare and follow-up
Written aftercare instructions, and a follow-up visit to check how you are healing.

Dental Problems We See Most in Multan, and Why
Multan runs on sweet chai, paan, gutka, and mango season, and our teeth pay the price. These are the dental problems we see most at the clinic, and the local habits behind them.
|
Toothache that arrives late |
A 2021 review of 30 studies in BMC Oral Health put dental decay at about 57% of people in Pakistan (about 55% in Punjab). Many wait until they can’t sleep. A cavity caught early is a filling. Caught late, it can be a root canal or an extraction. That’s why we’re open in the evening. |
|
Sweet habits |
Sweet chai, soft drinks, mango season, sohan halwa after dinner. What matters is how often sugar touches your teeth, not just how much. Sipping sweet chai all afternoon is harder on teeth than one dessert. |
|
Sensitive teeth in summer |
Cold drinks and ice can set off sensitivity that has other causes too: worn enamel, receding gums or a hidden cavity. If it keeps coming back, get it checked. |
|
Paan, gutka, chalia, naswar |
They stain teeth, inflame gums, and are strongly linked to oral cancer and oral submucous fibrosis in Pakistan. If you chew, we won’t lecture you. We’ll check your mouth carefully. Come in if you notice a white or red patch, an ulcer that hasn’t healed in two to three weeks, or trouble opening your mouth. |
|
Fear of the dentist |
Studies in Pakistan report moderate to severe dental fear in roughly one patient in four to one in three. Tell us you’re nervous and we’ll go slowly. |
|
Not knowing who to trust |
Only PMDC-registered dentists may legally practise dentistry in Pakistan. Check the registration before you agree to treatment. |
|
Weddings and Ramadan |
Wedding season brings last-minute smile worries, so book whitening or veneers at least a week ahead. In Ramadan, brush after iftar and again after suhoor, and go easy on sugary drinks at iftar. |
